Foshan Shunde Hongdao Ind. Co., Ltd. is one of the largest aluminum colour coating company in China. Which combines machinery research & development, produce and supply. We have own production lines for aluminum roller coils (3 line), ACP (2 line) and honeycomb panel (1 line), fireproof aluminum composite panel (1 line). All of this was developed and designed by ourselves. Especial the wood and marble-grained aluminum coils are painted using our patented roller coating technology foe excellent quality. The lines could supply 20, 000, 000sqm of aluminum composite panel, aluminum honeycomb board and aluminum ceiling materials.

We have three roller coating lines. One of them is the unique coating figure panel line. We can supply various color, various figure such as wood and stone. The roller painting with grain of wood and marble is real and with natural aesthetic feeling. The colours are directly roller painting and toasted with high temperature (224-255), stabile and change little. For Polyester(PE) paint the weather resistance is over 10 years without change of colour and fluorocarbon(PVDF) is 20 years.

The thickness of coating are: Polyester coating 20-25um, fluorine carbonic coating 25-30um, and surface varnish about 10um above the patterns, which ensure the durable performance of the product. Complete coating specifications. The aluminum palte thickness may be 0.06-1.5mm, with the plate width reaching 2150mm.
